Golden Guarantee

We have confidence in the quality of Mohasen products, which is why we offer you the (Golden Guarantee).

Conditions for Return and Utilization of the Double Guarantee:

- Proof of non-use of the product with before-and-after photos showing the date.
- The use of Mohasen oil only, without mixing it with other hair care products.
- Communication for returns must be made with customer service via WhatsApp within 18-21 consecutive days from the date of receiving the order.
- The product must be used for reducing hair loss, hiding dandruff and frizz, enhancing growth, density, and vitality (ensuring that health issues are not the primary cause of the mentioned problems).
- The guarantee covers only the hair on the head and excludes hereditary baldness and scalp skin issues such as alopecia, psoriasis, eczema, and burns.
- Follow the usage instructions provided on the website and the back of the packaging.
- Only one product is eligible for the guarantee.
- No customer is allowed to request a refund more than once if a previous refund request exists, as the guarantee applies only to the first order from the store.
- If the customer completes the order with usage and has an allergy to any ingredient that was not read prior, this is outside the store's responsibility for returns since the ingredients are clearly listed.

The store reserves the right to refuse refund requests that do not comply with the conditions or if the customer did not acknowledge the policy, as this is outside the store's responsibility. All mentioned conditions will be adhered to without exception.

Double Refund Policy:
A (15%) value-added tax and (10%) service fee will be deducted, along with a shipping fee of (19 SAR) from the return amount after it has been doubled.

(In the case of free shipping, when returning, a shipping fee of 19 SAR will be deducted from the total, and 20 SAR will be deducted if the payment on delivery service was used.)

**Example:**
If the shipping cost is free:
158 - 15% = 130.5
Payment processing fees of 117.45 and shipping costs of 98.45 will be deducted.
A refund of 196.9 will be processed after doubling, with a deduction of 19 SAR for delivery (38 SAR) if it was paid.

Shipping fees are paid to shipping companies and are therefore non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed within (14 working days).

Returns or exchanges cannot be made if the customer mistakenly ordered, except in one case if the order was made within one hour of placing the order, as it can be modified before it is shipped to the customer.
